"Twelve years ago I
was fortunate to have Wanda as my mentor while I was
building my real estate career. Over the years she
has been a constant inspiration and support in my life.
She is a gifted motivator and the most generous and
kind human being I have ever met." — Ludvina
Nevarez,
Ranking Top 1%,
Century 21

At 25 years old with seven children and just
$500, Wanda courageously started her own business. She
became one of the first women in the country to own
and operate her own security and patrol company.
Throughout the 10 year span of her company, Wanda provided
employment
for over 3000
men and woman.
Later, Wanda made a transition
into the real estate industry where, in 1992, she
was ranked #4 out of 90,000 realtors in the country
and continued in the top of the national rankings for
eight consecutive years.
During this time she was inducted into Century 21's
Hall of Fame
and received over 50 achievement awards.
Wanda was asked
to share her story as a guest of LSD Productions in a National
Documentary
to motivate
up-and-coming business
owners. She was also featured in US News and World Report
and several other national publications. Wanda has appeared
on
television and radio and many newspaper and national
magazines.
For almost a year she
hosted her own Cable Television show "Real Estate
Television Network".
Today she not only motivates and inspires independently,
she also works with other master coaches across the World
in facilitating seminars, workshops, and individual and group
sessions,
teaching and supporting clients in the activation of
blending the inner
and outer for practical results.
How did she accomplish all this? See Wanda's story in
her own words.
